Her decade-long dedication to AWMI, including previous roles as Western Regional Director, Western Regional Vice Chair, and Seattle Chapter President, showcases her unwavering commitment to advancing women in manufacturing.

With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and her Executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, she brings a unique perspective that drives strategic growth and inspires cross-functional teams throughout our organization.
