We are thrilled to celebrate our Vice President of Operations, Shawna J. Livingston, MBA, who has been selected as one of the 2025 National Business Aviation Association’s Top 40 Under 40. This prestigious recognition highlights the next generation of innovative thinkers who are leading our evolving industry into the future.
Shawna’s journey began more than 20 years ago when she discovered business aviation while working as an administrative assistant during college. A manager recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue a purchasing assistant role, sparking a passion for aviation that launched an extraordinary career. She later earned her Executive MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, which continues to shape her leadership approach today.
As Shawna noted in her announcement, “I’m especially grateful to the Raisbeck team. Your teamwork, hard work, and dedication to delivering quality to our customers are what make our operations successful every day.” Under her operational leadership, our team continues to push the boundaries of innovation in business aviation.
