Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The King Air Photo of the Month Contest is open to all King Air pilots, spotters, and owners/operators alike. No purchase is necessary to enter. The contest is free to participate in and runs on a monthly basis.
2. How to Enter
To enter, post your original King Air photograph on Instagram, Facebook, or X (Twitter) using the hashtag #KingAirContest. Your social media account must be set to public at the time of posting. Multiple submissions per month are permitted. Only photographs featuring a Raisbeck-equipped King Air are eligible.
3. Photo Rights — Social Media Use
By submitting a photo using #KingAirContest, you confirm that you are the original photographer and own full rights to the image. You grant Raisbeck Engineering the right to share, repost, and feature your photo across our social media channels and digital platforms. Full photo credit will always be given to the original photographer.
4. Print Use & Compensation
Should Raisbeck Engineering wish to use your image in any print materials — including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, or promotional collateral — we will contact you prior to printing. Compensation will be discussed and mutually agreed upon in advance. Raisbeck Engineering will never use your image in print without your explicit prior consent.
5. Original Content
All submissions must be original photographs taken by the entrant. AI-generated images, stock photography, and images owned by third parties are not eligible and will be disqualified.
6. Voting & Winner Selection
One Photo of the Month winner is selected each calendar month. Winners are determined by community fan voting on Instagram and Facebook. All monthly winners are automatically entered for the annual grand prize, announced live at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
7. Grand Prize
The annual grand prize is a custom Raisbeck Engineering bomber jacket. The grand prize winner will be announced live at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.
8. Modifications & Discontinuation
Raisbeck Engineering reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the contest at any time. Any changes will be communicated via Raisbeck Engineering’s official social media channels.
