Printing
Pages on this site were designed to print full width on a standard letter-size sheet with half-inch margins in portrait orientation.
If portions of the left or right side of the page do not print, you probably need to adjust your printing margins to 0.5 inches on left and right sides using Page Setup under the File Menu in most browsers.
Some users, including those with the Macintosh operating system, may also need to select landscape orientation in Page Setup.

Viewing, downloading and printing documents in PDF format
We offer many documents in PDF format that can be viewed and printed using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed, just click the Adobe Reader image at left to go directly to Adobe's free download page.
Some technical documents are set for page-at-a-time viewing to make it much faster to access these documents over slower connections. When you open these PDFs, the first page downloads along with bookmarks. Use the bookmarks to navigate to the section or page you want to view.
If the bookmarks are not visible, click the bookmarks tab on the left side of the PDF window to view them. To print a page or range of pages, use the Print command under Acrobat Reader's File menu.

Finding what you want quickly
Looking for something in particular on our site? Try our custom search engine. Just type a word or two in the search box (at the top of every page) and then click the magnifying glass icon.
The search is limited to this site and will return a list of all pages associated with your keyword(s). Their URLs appear as hyperlinks. Click the hyperlinks to view the pages.
If your search does not return the results you expected, please let us know so we can revise our database. Phone us (preferred) or send us an e-mail telling us what you wanted to find and the words or phrases you used.

Navigating the site
All top-level pages on this site are accessed by clicking items in the menus on the left side of the page.
All pages also display text links at the bottom to enable you to jump to the Home page or the index pages for our various product lines, as well as our contact and site map pages.
Below the main content of many pages are text links to information related to the page content. When you roll your cursor over these text links, an underline appears to let you know they're links.
In many instances, images themselves are links; for example, the Acrobat Reader image (above left) takes you to Adobe's Web site where you can download Acrobat Reader for free.
