Bill Lally
Vice President of Customer Support



William (Bill) P. Lally, is responsible for managing Customer Support, Technical Support, Field Support, OEM Factory Support, FAA Coordination and Spare Parts. His goal is to  provide our customers with the utmost quality service.

Bill has an extensive 35 year background in the aviation industry working for various companies in multiple capacities from Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic (A&P Mechanic), Inspector, Lead Inspector, Chief Inspector for FAA Repair Stations, QC Managers and QA Engineering Consultant. Bill was also appointed by the FAA as a Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative (DMIR) to work on behalf of the FAA for various companies.

In 1999, Bill worked for Quiet Wing Corporation as a Quality Control Manager. He successfully assisted the company in getting all the necessary FAA Approvals through both the FAA ACO and FAA MIDO branches for their Boeing 727 Hush Kit and Winglet programs.  

Prior to this, Bill successfully managed his own consulting business for 11 years. He set up Quality Assurance/Control Systems for obtaining FAA Repair Station, FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA), even for the Government Quality Systems in accordance with D1-8000, MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858. He also provided training to understand these systems. Bill offered a wide range of services that included Quality Manager, Project Manager, Engineering functions in FAA PMA on Identicality and Reverse Engineering, Repair Process Specifications, Technical Manual Writing, and Coordinator with FAA Engineering.

Bill was educated at Glendale Community College to become an A&P Mechanic. He has a multitude of other certificates of specialized training that have enhanced his knowledge and skills in the industry.
